Leading with Integrity. Serving with Purpose.
Focused on Responsible Stewardship, High Standards, and Student Success.
Elliott Franklin and his wife, Denise, moved to Williamson County in 2018. As proud Texans born and raised, Tennessee felt like home from the very beginning — a place grounded in faith, family, hard work, and strong community values.
Together, Elliott and Denise have built their lives around service and education. Denise left her corporate job after our first born and has served as a teacher and volleyball coach. Elliott has spent 25 years in the technology and cybersecurity field, leading teams, managing complex organizations, and protecting critical systems in highly regulated industries.
They are the proud parents of six children, two of whom are still at home. Their family has experienced education from every perspective — public school, private school, and homeschool. Their oldest son is a proud graduate of Page High School. This well-rounded experience gives Elliott firsthand insight into the needs of students, teachers, and parents across different learning environments.
Education runs deep in Elliott’s roots. Both of his parents were school teachers, and his father later served as a school principal for the remainder of his career. From them, Elliott learned the importance of hard work, accountability, servant leadership, and leaving every place better than you found it.
Elliott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in IT Management. He has earned multiple industry certifications and was honored as a Distinguished Fellow of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) in recognition of professional excellence and service. He actively volunteers to mentor and develop the next generation of leaders in technology and cybersecurity.
He has also served for two terms on the board of the Williamson County Republican Party and remains engaged in civic and community leadership efforts.
